2006 Estate Pinot Gris

This wine features clean, bright aromatics with notes of citrus, pear, rosemary and honey. A lively entry leads to crisp dry flavors of citrus and pear followed by a lingering finish with faint herb notes.

2007 Estate Pinot Noir

The wine displays a rich medium ruby color. The aromas are dark cherry, cranberry, raspberry, and blueberry with hints of vanilla and black pepper spices. The rich creamy entry is accented with bright red cherry and cranberry fruit with vanilla oak spice. The tannins are rich and mouth filling on the exit. The structure is indicative of a wine that can age for several years. This Pinot Noir pairs will pair well with seafood, particularly NW salmon, as well as chicken and Asian cuisine.
